asparagus spears

pieces
of prosciutto

Herb and garlic Boursin
hot honey
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Slice baguette into thin rounds
Trim asparagus & cut into 1inch slices
Arrange baguette pieces, asparagus & prosciutto on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper (for easy clean up)
Drizzle the baguette thins with olive oil & season with salt
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil & season with salt and pepper
Bake for 12-15 mins until the prosciutto is crispy
Top each crostini with Boursin, asparagus & crumbled crispy prosciutto
Option to drizzle with honey or hot honey or eat as is!
Notes
If you're not a fan of Boursin, brie or goat cheese would work well here.
