Black Bean Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 2 mangos diced (sub for frozen mango & let thaw for a couple hours)
  • cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño diced *optional*
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine black beans, chopped mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using)
  • Toss with lime juice and sea salt
  • Enjoy with chips, crackers or over a meal
