black beans
rinsed and drained

mangos
diced (sub for frozen mango & let thaw for a couple hours)
⅓
cup
diced red onion

jalapeño
diced *optional*

cup
cilantro

lime
juiced

tsp
sea salt
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine black beans, chopped mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using)
Toss with lime juice and sea salt
Enjoy with chips, crackers or over a meal
