sea salt

pepper
Mango Salsa
1
avocado
1-2
mangos
1
jalapeño
1
lime
⅓
cup
cilantro
¼
cup
red onion
Sea salt
Taco shells
Instructions
Dice avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Toss with lime juice and a sprinkle of sea salt
Pat dry fish
Rub fish with spices
Add avocado oil to a large skillet and heat. Once hot, add fish and cook for 3 minutes
Flip and cook for another 3 minutes
Heat tortillas
Assemble with fish and mango salsa
