Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Festive sprinkles (optional)
  • Edible candy eyes (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Lay the pretzels and blueberries on the parchment paper, using fun cookie cutters to shape them if you like.
  • Dip or spoon the melted white chocolate over the pretzels and blueberries to cover.
  • Add festive sprinkles and candy eyes while the chocolate is still wet, if using.
  • If you used cookie cutters, remove them after a few minutes, before freezing.
  • Freeze for 20 minutes, until set. Enjoy, and store in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • This is such a fun one to make with kids.
  • Use dark or milk chocolate instead of white if you prefer, and the coconut oil helps the chocolate melt smooth and set with a nice snap.
  • Fun cookie cutters (like ghosts or pumpkins) make great shapes. Keep these stored in the fridge or freezer so they stay firm.
