Notes
For a bigger party, use 2 Boursin cheeses and double the rest of the ingredients, spread across a larger platter. Let the dip sit 10 to 15 minutes so the tomatoes marinate. Prep the tomato topping ahead and spoon over the Boursin just before serving.
