Ingredients
Mini baguette or ciabatta baguette
2
tbsp
melted butter
1
minced garlic clove
1/2
tsp
chili flakes
1/2
tsp
dry parsley
mild & spicy salami
2
small tomatoes sliced
1
ball of Burrata
1
handful of arugula
Olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Instructions
Slice your baguette or sub roll in half.
Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, chili flakes, and dried parsley.
Brush or rub the garlic butter onto both sides of the bread.
Broil for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy (watch closely—it goes fast!).
Start with salami, then add sliced tomatoes.
Tear open the burrata and spread it across the sandwich so that creamy center melts into everything.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add arugula, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Close, slice, and serve
Notes
There are so many variations to this sandwich but this combination was truly perfect and cheaper to make at home.
