burrata bliss sandwich

Ingredients

  • Mini baguette or ciabatta baguette
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dry parsley
  • mild & spicy salami
  • 2 small tomatoes sliced
  • 1 ball of Burrata
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Slice your baguette or sub roll in half.
  • Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, chili flakes, and dried parsley.
  • Brush or rub the garlic butter onto both sides of the bread.
  • Broil for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy (watch closely—it goes fast!).
  • Start with salami, then add sliced tomatoes.
  • Tear open the burrata and spread it across the sandwich so that creamy center melts into everything.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add arugula, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Close, slice, and serve

Notes

There are so many variations to this sandwich but this combination was truly perfect and cheaper to make at home.
