Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) and place a wire rack on top.
Spray the rack with cooking oil and rub well.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel.
Add wings to a large bowl. Toss with baking powder and all the spices. Mix well to ensure wings are well coated.
Arrange wings on the wire rack - make sure they are spread apart
Bake wings for 45 minutes, flipping them half way through. Option to broil at the end for 2 minutes so extra crispiness.
Serve with carrots, celery, and your fav dip!
Notes
Make sure to pat them dry REALLY well with paper towel.
If you're making these for kids, consider just tossing them with baking powder, salt and pepper. My toddler looooves them and they are a great source of protein.
You can also bake them and serve with a side of your favorite buffalo sauce to have some dry Cajun wings and some dipped into a buffalo sauce.
You can bake them right on a baking sheet if you don't have a wire rack.
