Ingredients

black beans
1
cup
cottage cheese
½
cup
hot sauce
we love Frank's® RedHot
¼
cup
cream cheese
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
divided
Optional garnish: Fresh parsley or green onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Rinse and drain black beans.
Add beans to a food processor with cottage cheese, hot sauce, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
Fold in ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer to a small baking dish.
Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes.
Garnish and serve with chips, pita or veggies.
