Cheesy Buffalo Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup hot sauce we love Frank's® RedHot
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • Optional garnish: Fresh parsley or green onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Rinse and drain black beans.
  • Add beans to a food processor with cottage cheese, hot sauce, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  • Fold in ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer to a small baking dish.
  • Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes.
  • Garnish and serve with chips, pita or veggies.
