Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water until completely cool.
Shred or dice 2 cups of rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chicken, and the romaine lettuce from the caesar kit.
Pour the caesar dressing from the kit over everything and toss until well coated.
Sprinkle the parmesan and croutons from the kit over the top. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately or pack it up for the park!
Notes
To keep your pasta from sticking together while it cools, drizzle with some olive oil and mix well.
If you're worried about soggy lettuce, don't mix the lettuce in right away. Toss the pasta with dressing and chicken. Add to your container and top with lettuce, then the croutons. Stir right before eating.
