water
or broth

colorful bell peppers
diced

tomato

large cucumber

chopped green onions

chopped basil
Dressing
¼
cup
olive oil

red wine vinegar

tsp
maple syrup

garlic
minced or grated

paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Burrata cheese
Instructions
Cook orzo as per package instructions; drain and let cool
Wash and dice your veggies: bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, and basil
Whisk together the dressing ingredients
Combine orzo, veggies, and dressing in a large bowl
Top with fresh burrata, extra olive oil, sea salt, and chili flakes
