Easy Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Pasta salad

  • 1 box small noodle pasta
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce like Frank's
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt and cook pasta according to package instructions
  • Cook chicken if using raw (or buy rotisserie)
  • Chop celery and onion
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients
  • Drain noodles and rinse under cold water
  • In a large bowl combine slightly cooled noodles, veggies, chicken and toss with dressing
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days
