In a large pot, add diced tomatoes, black beans, green chiles, corn, shredded chicken, taco seasoning, bone broth, and 1 cup of water.
Stir everything together and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 15–20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Stir in 1/2 cup Greek yogurt until fully combined and creamy.
If needed, add more water to reach your desired consistency.
Serve hot with shredded cheese, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and crunchy tortilla chips on top.
