Burger Sauce
¼cupmayo

1–2 tsp pickle juice

Instructions
Cook the potato wedges as per package directions (oven or air fryer) until crispy and golden brown.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns.
Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook until fully browned and flavorful.
Make the burger sauce by whisking together mayo, ketchup, mustard and pickle juice
Taste and adjust—add more pickle juice for tang or ketchup for sweetness.
Assemble the burger bowls starting with potato wedges, ground beef, shredded cheese, onion, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce
Drizzle generously with burger sauce
Notes
You can prep all the toppings ahead of time and store them in the fridge. Then quickly air fry your potato wedges and cook the ground beef. This makes it a quick and easy dinner.
