Ingredients

  • 1 apple (sliced, for dipping)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or more, to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add a little more maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
  • Top with the mini chocolate chips.
  • Slice the apple and serve alongside the dip for dipping.

Notes

  • Use thick, plain Greek yogurt for the most protein and a tangy base.
  • Swap the peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter if needed.
  • For an even bigger protein boost, stir in a scoop of vanilla protein powder (add a splash of milk to loosen it).
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but the dip keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
