Ingredients
1 apple (sliced, for dipping)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or more, to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add a little more maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
Top with the mini chocolate chips.
Slice the apple and serve alongside the dip for dipping.
Notes
Use thick, plain Greek yogurt for the most protein and a tangy base.
Swap the peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter if needed.
For an even bigger protein boost, stir in a scoop of vanilla protein powder (add a splash of milk to loosen it).
Best enjoyed fresh, but the dip keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
