taco seasoning

water or broth

lettuce

cooked rice

guacamole
store-bought or homemade
1
cup
salsa
1
cup
shredded cheese

green onions

jalapeño
Olive oil
Instructions
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Once hot, add beef.
Cook beef, breaking it into smaller crumbles with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes, or until no longer pink.
Add taco seasoning and water or broth to skillet. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.
Wash and slice lettuce, green onion and jalapeños.
Assemble taco bowl with lettuce, beef, rice, guacamole, salsa, cheese, green onion and jalapeños.
