Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls spinach washed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 slice lemon with peel
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 ¼ cups cold water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (we love our Vitamix) and blend until smooth

Notes

I love pairing this smoothie with avocado toast & eggs to ensure a balanced breakfast. If you're only having the smoothie, I'd recommend adding Greek yogurt or protein powder to it!
