Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large oven safe skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, onion and spices. Cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Blend cottage cheese and broth together until smooth in a small blender.
Mix in the frozen vegetables, cottage cheese, and beef bone broth. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
Simmer for a few minutes but you want it to be nice and runny because the liquid will be absorbed during baking.
Sprinkle shredded Gouda over the top.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the tots are golden and crispy and the filling is bubbling.
