shredded or diced chicken

Greek yogurt

mayo

tbsp
hot sauce
salt & pepper

pieces
of lettuce
4
slices
of bread
Instructions
Combine chicken with yogurt, mayo, hot sauce, salt and pepper, mix well
Toast your bread
Add chicken salad and lettuce
Close sandwich and cut in half
Notes
You can double or triple this recipe and store in the fridge for quick meals.
You can swap the sandwich and make a wrap instead or eat with veggies and crackers.
Option to add diced onion and/or celery. I tried to keep it very simple as I was short on time!
