Instructions
Cook cous cous according to package instructions
Dice onion, tomatoes, avocado, jalapeño, and cilantro
Drain and rinse black beans
In a large bowl combine cous cous, beans, and veggies. Add olive oil, lime juice and taco seasoning
Toss until well incorporated
