sub for one can or frozen corn

Instructions
Remove corn from the cob
Dice all veggies
Heat a large skillet with avocado oil; once hot, add corn and cook until nicely charred
Season with salt and pepper
Combine corn, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, mayo and feta cheese in a large bowl; mix well
Pat dry shrimp and season with smoked paprika
Heat a large skillet with oil; add shrimp (spread out evenly) and cook for 2 mins per side on high heat
Assemble tacos with street corn and shrimp. Enjoy!
