Ingredients

brown rice crips or Rice Krispies®
¼
cup
butter or vegan butter
1 stick
1
tsp
vanilla
8
oz
large marshmallows
1
cup
Mini Eggs
half slightly crushed
Instructions
Melt butter in a large Dutch oven or heavy pot
Add marshmallows and vanilla; stir until a smooth texture is formed
Remove from heat and stir in rice crips and chopped Mini Eggs
Stir and transfer into a greased baking dish
Sprinkle with remaining mini eggs on top and press down
Let sit for 30 minutes; cut into pieces and enjoy!
