Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 pack of prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Chili flakes optional

Instructions

  • Wash and trim the woody ends off the asparagus. You can snap them naturally where they break or cut about 1–2 inches from the bottom.
  • Take one slice of prosciutto and wrap it around each asparagus spear. For a lighter option, you can use half a slice per piece.
  • Place the wrapped asparagus on a tray or air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Air fryer: Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes or Oven: Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes
  • Cook until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is tender.
  • Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan, cracked black pepper, and chili flakes if using.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
