Ingredients

  • 6 PERDUE® Gluten-Free Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 2 medium tortilla wraps gluten free OR low carb
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 4 pieces of lettuce
  • 1 small tomato
  • hot sauce

Instructions

  • Place the PERDUE® Gluten-Free Chicken Breast Tenders in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 390
  • Whisk together cottage cheese and ranch seasoning
  • Slice tomato and wash lettuce
  • Assemble wrap with cottage cheese ranch, chicken tenders, lettuce and tomato
  • Fold wrap and dip into your favorite hot sauce
