Tortilla shells

Instructions
Preheat oven to 415°F
Pat dry chicken and slice into thin strips
Wash and slice peppers
Add veggies and chicken to a large baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and spices
Mix will (I use tongs or clean hands)
Arrange into a single layer
Bake for 22 minutes
Remove and drizzle fresh squeezed lime juice
Prep your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sliced avocado, salsa, or Greek yogurt
