Salmon Marinade
⅓
cup
soy sauce or tamari
3
tbsp
maple syrup
2
tsp
sesame oil
1
garlic clove
minced

tsp
salt

tsp
pepper
Instructions
Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Add salmon and marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge. You can also marinate the salmon overnight.
Preheat oven to 415°F.
Wash and chop broccoli into small florets.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Add salmon fillets and broccoli to the baking sheet.
Pour remaining marinade over broccoli and toss well.
Bake for 18 minutes and broil for 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with sesame seeds.
Serve over rice or noodles.
