Ingredients

  • 5 capri tomatoes
  • 1 burrata
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil divided
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 small baguette

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Slice baguette into 1 inch rounds
  • Add baguette slices to skillet & cook 2 mins per side until golden
  • Slice tomatoes & add to a bowl
  • Place the burrata in the middle and slice open
  • Drizzle with olive oil & balsamic glaze
  • Dice up basil and sprinkle over burrata and tomatoes
  • Season with salt, pepper & chili flakes
  • Serve with crostini & your favorite drink

Notes

Make sure you're using ripe and juicy tomatoes!
