Prep Caesar salad by tossing the lettuce with parmesan cheese, croutons and dressing (reserve a little extra dressing)
Divide chicken into 4 & smash each section on a tortilla, I suggest using a fork
Season the chicken side with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
Heat a large skillet or griddle pan. Add a splash of avocado or olive oil, then add the chicken tacos, chicken side down. Firmly press down with a spatula. Cook for about 6 mins until the chicken is cooked through & brown. Flip & let cook for another 2 minutes for the tortilla to get crispy
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes
Top each chicken wrap with Caesar salad & drizzle with extra dressing

I used a large tortilla which made 4 wraps, you can use smaller tortillas and make 8 wraps
Make sure you're using a non stick pan or a well greased griddle, this will ensure the chicken will stay on the tortilla.
If you are nervous about the chicken being cooked through, you can use a meat thermometer but because it's a thin layer, it will cook quickly.
Option to make your own Caesar salad but a salad kit makes this dish very quick & easy.
