Ingredients
1 ball burrata
2 peaches, sliced
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
1 pack prosciutto
Baguette, sliced (toasted)
Fresh basil
Olive oil, for drizzling
Balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place the burrata in the center of a large board or platter and tear it open slightly.
Arrange the sliced peaches, heirloom tomato, and prosciutto around the burrata.
Add the baguette slices (toast in olive oil first if you like) and tuck in fresh basil.
Drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper and serve right away.
Notes
Let the burrata sit at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes for the creamiest texture. Use the ripest summer peaches and a good heirloom tomato.
For a bigger crowd, add a second ball of burrata and a larger platter.
