Ingredients

  • 1 ball burrata
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 heirloom tomato, sliced
  • 1 pack prosciutto
  • Baguette, sliced (toasted)
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Place the burrata in the center of a large board or platter and tear it open slightly.
  • Arrange the sliced peaches, heirloom tomato, and prosciutto around the burrata.
  • Add the baguette slices (toast in olive oil first if you like) and tuck in fresh basil.
  • Drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve right away.

Notes

  • Let the burrata sit at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes for the creamiest texture. Use the ripest summer peaches and a good heirloom tomato.
  • For a bigger crowd, add a second ball of burrata and a larger platter.
