Notes
I like to grab all my ingredients at Trader Joes but you can easily find them in other grocery stores. You can of course make your own bruschetta mix but using a pre made one saves you lots of time!
Make this appetizer extra cute by catering to different holidays. Cut your mozzarella into heart shapes for Valentine's Day or ghosts for Halloween or Christmas trees for Christmas!
Option to bake your crostini in the oven and you can do this step ahead of time. Then assemble quickly before servings.
