Line a baking sheet with foil & place a wire rack on top
Spread 30 crackers topped with Boursin cheese (be very gentle to not break the crackers when adding the cheese - make sure the cheese is at room temperature
Top each with a piece of bacon
Sprinkle with sugar and everything seasoning
Bake for 25-30 mins until bacon is crispy (be careful not to overcook it)
Let cool & enjoy!!!
Notes
The hardest part is spreading the cheese without breaking the cracker, so take your time and be careful. Make sure the cheese is at room temperature. Trust the process. Worth it!
You can skip the everything but the bagel seasoning and just do the sugar but I loved the extra flavour.
