Shred chicken (I like using a hand blender to get it thinly shredded)
Dice the pickles, green onions, and jalapeños.
In a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, diced pickles, green onions, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar.
Add Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and pickle juice.
Mix everything together until evenly coated and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
