Combine yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl
Using a spatula, continue to fold until a dough forms
Place onto a floured surface and gently knead dough until it starts to come together in a ball (you may need to add more flour). This is the only tricky part! Make sure your hands are well floured
Divide dough into 4 or 8 pieces (4 makes medium naans, 8 makes small naans)
Rub flour onto your rolling pin and roll out each naan
Heat a large skillet and rub with oil. Once hot, add naan cooking one at a time. Once it bubbles (about 2-3 minutes) flip and continue to cook for another minute
Repeat until all naans are cooked
Store in an airtight bag or container and serve warm!
Notes
You can rub the finished product with butter and garnish with sea salt and parsley!
