Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice (about half a lemon)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Oregano (or italian seasoning)

Wrap

  • 4-8 Tortilla or Pita wraps
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives finely diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber finely diced
  • 1 cup Tomato finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Tzatziki (store bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • Lettuce (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and slightly golden. Let rest, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Finely chop the kalamata olives, cucumber, tomato, and red onion. Toss together in a bowl for an easy, fresh topping.
  • Spread tzatziki onto each tortilla or pita. Add sliced chicken, a generous scoop of the veggie mixture, and finish with crumbled feta.
  • Wrap it up and dig in! Serve immediately or let everyone build their own for a fun, interactive meal.

Notes

  • If you're short on time you can make this meal with rotisserie chicken and store bought tzatziki.
  • If you're serving this dish to kids or toddlers I recommend serving the vegetables in separate dishes so they can pick out what they like e.g. cucumber and olives.
