Wash, dry and dice strawberries.
In a bowl, mix together the diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture per bite and place onto the sheet, forming 9 small mounds.
Place the tray in the freezer for 1 hour, or until the bites are fully solid.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Place back onto the parchment paper and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
Freeze again for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate shell is set.
