1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. Finely dice garlic and chop parsley.
3. Mash butter, garlic, chili flakes, and parsley until smooth.
4. Slice baguette into 1 inch rounds but only ¾ of the way through so that the baguette remains intact (like an accordion).
5. Spread butter mixture between each slice, then rub remaining spread on top, sides, and all around the baguette.
6. Wrap in tin foil.
7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
8. Remove from tin foil. You can either pull apart or slice each piece all the way through.
TIP
Place butter in the microwave for a few seconds to soften. This will make it easier to combine with remaining ingredients.
