Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ cup honey
2 tbsp butter
⅓ cup Frank's RedHot Sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Pat dry wings really well with paper towel.

3. Add wings to a large bowl with baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil). Place a wire rack on top and spray well with cooking spray or rub with oil.

5. Add wings on top and spread apart.

6. Place into the oven and set the timer for 20 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan combine honey, butter and hot sauce until the butter melts and the mixture starts to bubble. Remove from heat.

8. Flip the chicken wings and bake for another 20 minutes.

9. Remove wings and place them in a large bowl. Toss with the sauce and spread them on the wire rack baking sheet again. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy and slightly charred.

TIP
If you have an air fryer, you can air fry the wings for 20 minutes at 400°F flipping half way through. Toss with sauce and air fry for another 5 minutes.
