Yogurt Naan
I LOVE this recipe! Minimal ingredients and perfect when you are craving carbs but are out of bread or wraps. Since it requires no yeast, you don't have to wait for anything to rise! You can literally have fresh naan in under 20 minutes. That sounds pretty freaking good to me! You can try this recipe with vegan/plant-based yogurt if needed. Also, if you use self rising flour, you can skip the baking powder. Once the naan is ready, feel free to spread with butter, add additional herbs, etc. I've also used this recipe as a base for pizza. It was tasty!

Ingredients
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
Directions
1. Combine yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl
2. Using a spatula, continue to fold until a dough forms
3. Place onto a floured surface and gently knead dough until it starts to come together in a ball (you may need to add more flour). This is the only tricky part! Make sure your hands are well floured
4. Divide dough into 4 or 8 pieces (4 makes medium naans, 8 makes small naans)
6. Rub flour onto your rolling pin and roll out each naan
7. Heat a large skillet and rub with oil. Once hot, add naan cooking one at a time. Once it bubbles (about 2-3 minutes) flip and continue to cook for another minute
8. Repeat until all naans are cooked
9. Store in an airtight bag or container and serve warm!
