Easy Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Another delicious pasta salad! The combination of sweet, crunchy and spicy make this dish such a winning recipe! Nice that you can make it ahead of time and even prepare it for mealprep lunches.

Ingredients

Pasta salad
1 box small noodle pasta
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup corn
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced green onion
Dressing
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup hot sauce like Frank's
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt and cook pasta according to package instructions

2. Cook chicken if using raw (or buy rotisserie)

3. Chop celery and onion

4. Whisk together dressing ingredients

5. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water

6. In a large bowl combine slightly cooled noodles, veggies, chicken and toss with dressing

7. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days
