Ingredients

1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 mangos, diced (sub for frozen mango & let thaw for a couple hours)
⅓ cup diced red onion
1 jalapeño, diced *optional*
½ cup cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp sea salt
Tortilla chips for serving

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine black beans, chopped mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using)

2. Toss with lime juice and sea salt

3. Enjoy with chips, crackers or over a meal
