1. Dice avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Toss with lime juice and a sprinkle of sea salt
2. Pat dry fish
3. Rub fish with spices
4. Add avocado oil to a large skillet and heat. Once hot, add fish and cook for 3 minutes
5. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes
6. Heat tortillas
7. Assemble with fish and mango salsa
