Ingredients
4 cups brown rice crips or Rice Krispies®
¼ cup butter or vegan butter (1 stick)
1 tsp vanilla
1 8 oz bag large marshmallows
1 cup Mini Eggs (half slightly crushed)
Directions
1. Melt butter in a large Dutch oven or heavy pot
2. Add marshmallows and vanilla; stir until a smooth texture is formed
3. Remove from heat and stir in rice crips and chopped Mini Eggs
4. Stir and transfer into a greased baking dish
5. Sprinkle with remaining mini eggs on top and press down
6. Let sit for 30 minutes; cut into pieces and enjoy!
