Smashed Cheeseburger Tacos
This food trend has become an OBSESSION – so good. They only take about 10 minutes to cook and can be topped your way! Grab some beef (or veggie substitute), cheese, and your fav taco shells and brace yourself for your new on-repeat meal.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ cup shredded cheese
Sliced jalapeños *optional*
Tortilla shells
Shredded lettuce
Your favourite condiments (we love spicy mayo)
½ cup shredded cheese

Directions
1. Divide beef into 4 and roll into balls
2. Shred cheese and prep toppings of your choice
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 beef balls spread apart
4. Place a tortilla on top of each ball and press down (a grill press works great or something heavy)
5. Cook for about 4-6 minutes and flip
6. Add cheese and jalapeños; cover with a lid for a few minutes until cheese has melted
7. Remove tacos and place on paper towel for a minute to absorb some of the grease
8. Add lettuce, sauce, and any other toppings you love. Enjoy!
