Ingredients

2 slices of bread, toasted
½ an avocado, mashed
2 tbsp hummus
3 tomato slices
4 cucumber slices
1 piece of lettuce
Salt & pepper to taste
Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

1. Toast bread

2. Spread one side with hummus and the other with mashed avocado

3. Top with sliced tomato, cucumber, and lettuce

4. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce

5. Cut in half and enjoy!
