Buffalo Chicken Dip

Another favourite dip around here! Slightly lightened up and doesn't use any sour cream or heavy creams. The flavour is amazing and makes for a perfect game day or hosting appetizer!

Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well here!)
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
¼ cup hot sauce (Frank's® RedHot® is the one we love)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
2 green onions

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Add shredded chicken to a large bowl and toss with cream cheese and yogurt

3. Stir in hot sauce and spices. Add in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese

4. Add mixture to a small baking dish and top with remainder of cheddar cheese

5. Bake for 20 minutes

6. Remove from heat and top with green onions

7. Serve with veggies, crackers, chips and/or baguette slices
