1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) and place a wire rack on top.
3. Spray the rack with cooking oil and rub well.
4. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel.
5. Add wings to a large bowl. Toss in baking powder and all the spices. Mix well to ensure wings are covered.
6. Arrange wings on the wire rack.
7. Bake wings for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20 minutes. *For meatier wings, bake for another 15 minutes until crispy (total of 55 minutes).
8. Serve with carrots, celery, and your fav dip!
