1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Rinse and drain black beans.
3. Add beans to a food processor with cottage cheese, hot sauce, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
4. Fold in ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Transfer to a small baking dish.
6. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
8. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes.
9. Garnish and serve with chips, pita or veggies.
