Cheesy Buffalo Bean Dip

Vegetarian dips are in demand! I wanted to create an easy, comforting dip that will have you dipping again and again. It’s full of protein and made with a few simple ingredients. Perfect for game day.

Ingredients

1 can black beans
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup hot sauce (we love Frank's® RedHot)
¼ cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Optional garnish: Fresh parsley or green onion

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Rinse and drain black beans.

3. Add beans to a food processor with cottage cheese, hot sauce, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.

4. Fold in ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Transfer to a small baking dish.

6. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.

8. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes.

9. Garnish and serve with chips, pita or veggies.
