Easy Taco Bowls
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
¼ cup water or broth
1 head of lettuce
1 cup cooked rice (optional)
1 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
2 green onions
1 jalapeño

Directions
1. Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Once hot, add beef.
2. Cook beef, breaking it into smaller crumbles with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes, or until no longer pink.
3. Add taco seasoning and water or broth to skillet. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.
4. Wash and slice lettuce, green onion and jalapeños.
5. Assemble taco bowl with lettuce, beef, rice, guacamole, salsa, cheese, green onion and jalapeños.
