Sheet Pan Maple Soy Salmon

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
1 head of broccoli
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Noodles or rice for serving
Salmon Marinade
⅓ cup soy sauce or tamari
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions

1. Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

2. Add salmon and marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge. You can also marinate the salmon overnight.

3. Preheat oven to 415°F.

4. Wash and chop broccoli into small florets.

5. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

6. Add salmon fillets and broccoli to the baking sheet.

7. Pour remaining marinade over broccoli and toss well.

8. Bake for 18 minutes and broil for 2 minutes.

9. Remove from the oven and top with sesame seeds.

10. Serve over rice or noodles.
