1. Cook chicken (either grill or pan fry); dice into cubes.
2. Cook bacon and chop.
3. Boil eggs (For hard boiled, add eggs to boiling water and set the timer for 10 minutes. Remove and immediately run cold water over eggs until cooled).
4. Cook corn in olive oil over medium heat, stirring often until it is nicely charred.
5. Chop lettuce, red onion and avocado.
6. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
7. Assemble bowls starting with lettuce, chicken, bacon, red onion, avocado, egg and crumbled feta cheese.
8. Toss well with dressing and enjoy!
